Acceptance

By creating an account on NexuseAI you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

NexuseAI is a SaaS business-intelligence platform for e-commerce stores. We give you tools to:

• Discover market moves (competitors, marketplaces, seasonal events).
• Execute pricing + advertising actions with guardrails.
• Measure the monetary impact of each applied action.

Account

You must be at least 18 to use NexuseAI.

You're responsible for keeping your password + tokens secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You will not:

• Use NexuseAI for illegal activity or actions that violate connected-platform policies (Shopify, Meta, Google).
• Scrape NexuseAI or reverse-engineer our API beyond what's documented.
• Attempt to bypass safety guardrails (spend caps, OAuth scope, rate limits).
• Resell access or expose the API to third parties without written authorization.
• Use signals or AI-generated copy deceptively (false claims, unsupported before/after, etc).

Plans + billing

We offer three tiers: Starter ($59/mo), Pro ($189/mo), Enterprise ($549/mo). Some tiers include variable Revenue Share + Ad Spend Management Fee on top of your measured performance.

Billed monthly in advance in USD. Payments are non-refundable except in case of our error.

We may change prices with 30 days' notice. If you don't accept, you can cancel before they take effect.

Third-party services

NexuseAI integrates with Shopify, Meta, Google, WhatsApp and others. We're not responsible for changes to their APIs, downtime, or policy decisions on their side. If an integration breaks due to third-party fault, we make reasonable repair efforts.

Intellectual property

NexuseAI's code, brand and models are ours. We do not grant you a license to copy or redistribute them.

Your data is yours. You can export it or ask us to delete it. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service.

Disclaimer

NexuseAI gives you tools + recommendations, but business decisions are yours. We don't guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. 'you'll earn +$X'). Predictions are probabilistic + depend on external factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexuseAI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or data loss. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the incident.

Termination

You can cancel your account anytime from Settings. Data is kept 90 days in case you want to reactivate; then deleted.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if our integrations (Shopify, Meta) require it. We notify you by email unless flagrant abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Chilean law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Santiago, Chile. If your country of residence mandates another jurisdiction as a consumer, those minimum rules apply.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice via email + banner in the app. Continuing to use NexuseAI after counts as acceptance.
